Fitness on the Lawn: Strength & Conditioning

Join us for a fun strength and conditioning class on the lawn. Warm up, rotate through circuit exercises, and cool down with some stretching. Good music and laid back atmosphere!  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (instructor will have extras as needed).

Classes limited to 10 people (hand sanitizer and wipes will be provided, 6-10’ distance will be maintained.
